- The client will call in stating that they are incarcerated and have already had their first appearance. They will ask for pricing details and tell you the name of the person who will make any payments for them.

- Enroll the client by either getting the information from the client when they call from the jail or from the contact person. Must get: Name, Address, DOB

- Many clients will have their contact person make the payments over the phone or their contact person can go to Brian’s Auto Service to make the payments. Payment can be placed on account as credit. ***NO CLIENT CAN BE RELEASED WITHOUT PAYMENT***

- Create an appointment for the same day under MILTON-PAM ONLY shop

- After payment is received, CSR must contact John, from Brian’s Service Center 850.572.7950 (his cell). He will then perform service for client, take device and Monitoring Form over to jail for client to be released. Process can take up to 2 hours depending on Sheriffs’ office.
